The fully automatic two-piece folder gluer Machine is an efficient and high-performance solution designed for producing standard and complex corrugated boxes used in logistics packaging, heavy-duty shipping, and premium carton applications. Built on multi-axis servo control technology, this system combines versatile single-sheet and double-sheet feeding options into a single machine, delivering dual-function flexibility with optimized production efficiency and significantly reduced labor costs.

Production Process

This machine adopts an advanced 6-servo-motor control structure, in which each servo independently drives and synchronizes critical modules including automatic feeding, automatic gluing, automatic folding, and automatic squaring & aligning.

The production starts at the Feeding Part, utilizing a vacuum belt and fan suction auxiliary system that handles a wide application scope, from paperboard over 250 gsm up to 7-ply corrugated boards. Electric adjustments for the front board lifting and baffles make setup quick and convenient, while a side-patting device with double linear optical axes ensures stable and neat paper supply.

The cardboard then enters the Gluing Part, where a bidirectional glue pump automatically circulates adhesive inside a high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel bucket, featuring an automatic shutdown cycle to prevent drying.

In the Folding Part, the machine's big arm works in linkage with the creasing line for rapid and accurate sizing. Equipped with pre-pressure forming devices and line knives, it effectively corrects any deviations in the corrugated line, allowing the guide wheels and folding knives to form precise, beautiful edges without scratching the carton surface.

Finally, the sheets pass to the Counting & Stacking Part. Utilizing a durable lower-plug type counting method, an electric clapper, and differential correction, the system automatically corrects, counts, and pneumatically launches neat, beautiful bundles according to custom packaging needs, ensuring a seamless non-stop production flow.
